Add the Migone 1866 products you want to buy to your cart, and when you’re happy with your order choose your preferred method of payment.

DELIVERIES

The products we sell are normally present on the www.migone1866.com site. This allows us to prepare and send an order in 24/48 hours on working days for deliveries in Italy, and 2/5 days for deliveries to the rest of Europe.

If you don’t think you’ll be at home, you can specify another delivery address, or give us specific details about the time slots which best meet you requirements (in line with the working hours of the couriers) in the appropriate part of the order form or using the Bartolini online services.

Once the parcel has been handed over to the courier, it is constantly tracked until it reaches its destination.

RETURNS

Purchases are subject to the regulations under Italian Legislative Decree no. 50 of 15 January 1992: you can therefore exercise your right of withdrawal within 10 days of receipt of the product.

The original packaging must be returned perfectly intact for all products. If this is not the case, it will not be possible to return the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send a registered letter with return receipt within 5 days of receipt of the product to Migone 1866 c/o Industria Ceraria Migone srl Via Sangallo n 23 Loc Sambuca Tavarnelle Val Di Pesa 50028 Florence Italy

containing:

• • the intention to exercise the benefits granted by the law.
  • specification of the product concerned.

The product should be sent to Migone by parcel post, retaining the original packaging.

Once Migone has received the product (and checked that it is intact), it will credit the cost of the returned products within 15 days; this refund refers exclusively to the price of the product; the shipping costs and home delivery of the product will not be reimbursed.

Remember that, in any case, the required condition to be able to exercise the right of withdrawal is that the product is perfectly intact!
